I'm looking for an item that's not on your website, can you get it for me?
It's always possible. We have regular deliveries of stock although wall hangings and bed throws from India and Yak Wool items from Nepal are less regular, maybe only two or three deliveries a year.
It also may be that we have csomething in the colour you're looking for in our Trowbridge shop but not on our website.

I'm not really sure about shopping online, do you have a real shop?
Yes we do! We're based in trowbridge, the county twon of Wiltshire. Just off the high street, we offer a great shopping experience. We've got so much to look at with over 700 different product lines, we've got something for everyone!
Although we're closed on Sunday and Monday, our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10am until 5pm.
Our Christmas hours vary, these will be out on our website in October.

I paid £1.20 postage/shipping, but there's only a large letter stamp on the packet, why have I paid more?
We pride ourselves in our postal fees and the fact that we do not inflate costs to make more money. Due to the way our website is designed, it would be difficult to work our what items (within the UK) were a large letter size or a packet so all of our postal rates are packet rate. We still think our postal costs represent excellent value as we are not charging a flat rate but charge for the weight and destination.
I haven't received my parcel, why not?
It may be that it's been delayed by Royal Mail. Please email us.
My parcel has got lost in the post, what happens now?
Please email us in the first instance if you do not receive your parcel within 10 days. We always obtain proof of posting and will put in a claim to Royal Mail this however cannot be done until 14 days after the item has been posted.
You've sent my parcel to the wrong address!
We send out hundreds of parcels every month and we always use the address provided to us by the customer. We use these details in good faith and assume that they are correct (we have no reason to believe otherwise). If we have made a mistake, we will do our absolute best to try and track where the parcel has gone and get it redelivered to the correct address as soon as possible.
However, if your address details are incorrect and we have sent your items in good faith to the address you have supplied, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever and will not be able to refund you for the items that have been sent to the wrong address. If the parcel is returned to us there will be an extra charge for reposting.
I'm not happy with the transaction/product...
Please email us with your concerns. In the unlikely event that there's a problem with the transaction between us, the purchase itself of the service we have offered we alwasy attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. We're only human and almost everything can be sorted out with a quick email.
Can I return an item if I'm unhappy?
You can, but you must follow our returns policy set out on this website. If you are international buyer, please email us.
I want to cancel a transaction, can I?
Although we'll be disappointed to lose you as a customer, you can cancel a transaction. Just email us immediately and we'll take it from there.
Why aren't you replying to my messages?
Please give us time to reply to your messages. We are very busy, there is only two of us to answer enquiries and as this is a family business, we also have a baby. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please resend.
I need the item quickly as its a gift?
TELL US! International customers, we cannot guarantee delivery times,. UK customers please do leave at least 7 days before the gift is needed, we can send things out the same day if it's ordered and paid for before midday although we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will get it to you on time unless you choose Special Delivery.
How often do you post?
Tuesday to Friday and occasionally we will post on Saturdays.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Our website currently only accepts PayPal as a form of payment although you do not have to have a PayPal account to shop with us.
